What you are paying for
TaraLok is a digital astrology app. A plan gives you a monthly allowance of credits to spend on readings and on questions to Dhruv. Your chart is worked out by our calculations; Dhruv is an AI guide, not a human astrologer, and explains what your chart says. Every reading and answer appears on your screen, usually within a minute. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped. Astrology is for guidance and reflection, not medical, legal or financial advice.
How credits work
- A question to Dhruv, a quick reading or a quick palm or face reading uses 1 credit. A full detailed reading uses 3 credits.
- Your chart, Today, the daily horoscope, Kundli match and good dates don't use credits on any plan.
- Paid plans get their credits at the start of each monthly period. Unused credits don't carry over to the next month.
- The free plan gets 1 new credit each day at midnight, your time.
Billing and cancelling
- Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. You pay through Razorpay by UPI, card or net banking.
- A paid plan renews automatically every month on the date you started it, until you cancel. We don't charge you for anything else.
- You can cancel any time. Your plan and credits keep working until the end of the month you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
- Refunds are covered by our cancellation and refund policy, and how readings reach you by our delivery policy.
