Delivery policy

TaraLok is a digital service. Nothing is shipped: everything is delivered online, in your account, straight away.

• Plans and credits are added to your account as soon as the payment succeeds, usually within a minute. You can see them on the Me page.
• Charts, horoscopes and the tools on Home are worked out and shown on screen within a few seconds.
• Readings and answers from Dhruv, our AI guide, appear on screen, usually within a minute.
• A payment confirmation appears on screen straight away. For a GST invoice, write to us and we will email it.
• If something you paid for doesn't arrive within 24 hours, write to support@taralok.com and we will deliver it or refund it, as set out in our cancellation and refund policy.
